Return to Essence is happy to announce we are formally registered with the Complementary Medical Association as a teaching facility. This means our teachers and workshop material is recognised and approved by them.
We have also been granted CPD (Continued Professional Development) status for one of our workshops, “What Exactly is a Chakra?” Our intention is to apply for accreditation on all of our workshop material, providing practitioners, therapists and healers with high quality, relevant teaching material that will complement their existing practice.

The Human Energy Field has four dimensions; Physical, the Aura, Intention and Essence. The Aura is made of seven landscapes which consists of 3 fluid and 4 structured levels with accompanying Chakras. These fluid non-structured levels represent the Emotional, Astral and Angelic realms. In a healthy Energy Field, each of these landscapes hold a full rainbow spectrum and each spectrum has a unique hue or nuance. They also have a distinguishing fluid texture, individuating one level from the other. The Emotional Level is sourced from the Sacral and Sacrum Chakras and is bright and alive as the colours of the rainbow in the sky after a thunderstorm. The texture of this landscape is like the clouds in the sky. The Astral Level which is sourced from the Heart Chakras have the same depth of luminosity, but with a peachy hue on this landscape. This level is fluid and almost oily in texture. The Celestial Level, sourced from the Brow Chakras have the typical colours of the rainbow which are saturated with beautiful opalescent hues. Here the texture is like gossamer and ethereal. Of course we are composed of many dimensions, of which these fluid levels are simply a facet. When we make negative choices in life, we cause these fluid levels to become dull and sticky losing their vitality. This unhealthy state will impact on how we feel about ourselves, our life, our attitude toward other people, and the big picture of life. It is possible to shift and vivify these levels should they become blocked and tired. This has a profound effect on our sense of well-being and health. See our Workshops for more information. |
