Return to Essence is happy to announce we are formally registered with the Complementary Medical Association as a teaching facility. This means our teachers and workshop material is recognised and approved by them.
We have also been granted CPD (Continued Professional Development) status for one of our workshops, “What Exactly is a Chakra?” Our intention is to apply for accreditation on all of our workshop material, providing practitioners, therapists and healers with high quality, relevant teaching material that will complement their existing practice.

As far as we know, the Human Energy Field is composed of four dimensions; Essential Core, Intention Line, Aura and our Physical body. Essential Core Our Essential Core pulses the quality of Essence, which can be depicted as an experience or state of pure original existence. It is directly linked to our creative impulse and our ability to manifest. This creative impulse is often hindered to some extent by the energetic distortions created by the ego in the Aura. When these distortions are revealed and integrated, our creative essential selves flourish in full aliveness and health. This Core is situated approximately 2 to 3 cm above the navel. Intention Line Our Intention Line holds our life purpose. Without it we would not have the intention to incarnate. Ideally our Essential Core flows with Essence, which percolates through to the Intention Line and is then directed via willingness to fulfill a task or action. When we align our Intention to truth, life flows with ease and Grace. The Intention Line is seen as a gold line moving into the Crown Chakra, connecting three essential points in the Human Energy field and continuing into mother earth. The 3 essential points are the ID Point, the Soul Seat and the Dan Tien. Aura The Aura consists of about six pairs of major chakras with their associated levels and meridians. This dimension is continually changing depending on internal and external stimuli. The personality and ego hold sway in the Aura, creating healthy and un-healthy patterns that we have acquired through life. A distorted Aura will shroud the Essential Core, and the Intention Line will be impeded from fulfilling our personal and world task. This results in feelings of pain and separation. The Aura is experienced as an emanating light through the physical body, varying in colour and texture. Physical The physical level is the most dense aspect of the Human Energy Field. It is at this level we experience tangible symptoms of imbalance through our senses. All symptoms of imbalance have a deeper connection to the emotional and mental facet of our selves. Energetically releasing the cellular memory and holding patterns on the physical level via the Aura, encourages deep healing. For more information enquire about our workshops |
